The Board of Directors consists of 9 members, they meet at least once a month and are responsible for the general direction and control of the affairs of the credit union. Most particularly, the Board of Directors acts on behalf of the credit union and is responsible for the formulating and implementing the governing policies that will guide the operations of the institution.
Supervisory Committee The Supervisory Committee consists of nine (9) members who serve as the watch dogs of the general operation of the credit union. They have the responsibility to ensure that the credit union complies with laws, regulations and by laws.
The Credit Committee consists of 5 members who help to make decisions on applications received through observance of loan policies. This team of volunteers is instrumental in assisting and providing a measure of direction to the credit department.
